Foothills of cevennes in the northeast of PEZENAS, surrounded with vineyards(vines), it gets drunk on the passion of noon. Situated on a Southeast orientation, the vineyard offers on its 11 hectares a big variety of ground. Notably, Villafranchien, these gravel former(ancient) and native of the mountain in party thanks to a very beautiful adaptation of certain vines as the black grenache, the syrah and Carignan which symbolize red vintage wines of Languedoc.

Wine making: pressing and put in tub without égrappage for a duration of 3 months under marc. The wine is then put in tub barrel of French oak of big and multiple previous history during 24 months then during the last 3 months preceding the bottling the final assembly is put in a tub concrete.
