AOC RED AND WHITE WINE

 

AOC Languedoc oaked RED
Powerful, ample and well balanced, this wine is a blend of Syrah and Grenache and boasts good concentration along with fine, elegant tannins. It has intense notes of wood, fruit and spices. A particularly racy cuvée in the tradition of the very best Coteaux du Languedoc

 

LANGUEDOC AOC RED

A wine with a subtle red berry and spice bouquet. As well as being pleasantly supple and fruity on the palate, it is also nice and rounded with fine, elegant tannins.
To be served with cold meat, grills, duck breast or meat in a sauce, as well as cheeses of course.

 

AOC Corbières RED
Made with a blend of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache Noir grapes, this cuvée has a lovely garnet-red colour and an elegant, racy nose with notes of wild fruit and spices. On the palate it is ample and balanced with superb fruity substance and fine, silky tannins. A real wine for pleasure to be shared with friends over a good meal. Serve with grilled meat, leg of lamb, pork chops, meat cooked in sauce, or strong cheeses.

 

SAINT-CHINIAN AOC RED 

A pretty cherry-red colour leads into intense blackberry and blackcurrant jam scents with sunny, spicy hints giving this wine loads of character.
Smooth and easy to drink with pleasant fruit and fine, elegant tannins.
A delight with delicatessen, grilled meat or meat dishes in sauce, as well as cheese, of course.

 

MINERVOIS AOC

A lovely dark garnet red colour leads into fruit of the forest scents (blackcurrant, raspberry) and spices. The palate boasts lovely fruity substance and fine, mellow tannins. An elegant, very aromatic wine revealing appreciable balance and freshness on the palate.
Serve with cold meat, grills, meat in sauce, cheese

 

FITOU AOC

Generous and nicely balanced, this great Fitou gives off intense berry aromas – blackberry, raspberry, cherry – along with a spicy hint.
A racy wine with supple, silky tannins that is ideal served with pan-fried duck breast, honey-roasted filet mignon or simply a good steak, not to forget cheese, of course.

 

COTES DU ROUSSILLON AOC
Lots of sun-drenched fruit in this wonderful Côtes du Roussillon with a blueberry jam bouquet leading into a smooth, generous sensation on the palate. It also boasts perfect balance and good length in the mouth.
Serve with roasted red or white meat, meat dishes in sauce, game animals or stronger-tasting cheeses.

 

FAUGERES AOC

A fruity, floral wine with intense aromas of red fruit, spices and liquorice.
Supple and smooth on the palate with lovely fruit and nice acidity.
Ideal served with stews or leg of lamb.

 

COTES DU RHONE AOC

This wine has a rather deep garnet-red colour. The bouquet is nice and open with a wilder side combining ripe fruit, leather and spices. Full and generous on the palate with silky tannins and lovely fruity flavours.
Ideal with stronger-tasting dishes, grills, meat in sauce and stronger cheeses.

 

AOC LANGUEDOC WHITE PICPOUL DE PINET

Made exclusively with the Piquepoul variety, this wine releases very pleasant notes of citrus and white fruits. It offers remarkable balance between freshness, roundness and flesh on the palate. A real must with a seafood platter or grilled fish, or of course as an aperitif .

Vinified as a dry white, this Muscat is really seductive with its freshness on the palate and its typical aromas of Muscat Petit Grain, honey, and vine peaches. Delicious as an aperitif and with foie gras, Asian cooking, and desserts.
